All software, source code, designs, trademarks, graphics, documentation, and content provided by Bltzo remain the intellectual property of Bltzo unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their own content and data.

Where applicable:

• Fees are due according to the agreed quotation or subscription.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.
• Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or confidential information shared during the business relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bltzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated or for other legitimate business reasons.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Bltzo operates, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
